His Story

Mr. Arnold Huerta is the CEO of Mountain Management CORE in Rapid City, SD. Huerta was born and raised in South Texas’ Rio Grande Valley. He studied at the University of Texas. From there he discovered his passion for marketing and business management. With his mind focused on the legacy that he wants to create, he was ready to take on an entrepreneurial lifestyle. In 2019 Arnold was promoted to the Rapid City Area.

In this entry-level role, Marketing Representatives will use their experience and provided training in sales, marketing, public relations, events, and customer service paired with their superior organizational skills to assist the business development team in executing marketing strategies for a variety of key client accounts.

Responsibilities of Marketing Representatives:

  • Act as a liaison between consumers and corporate clientele to increase brand exposure, meet client revenue goals, and establish proper channels of communication.
  • Interact face-to-face with consumers at client campaigns to develop account relationships and provide product recommendations.
  • Manage account performance metrics and make recommendations to improve client accounts.
  • Develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies to enhance overall client and consumer experience.
